It would be far too restricting for me on a hot summer day.
“The sizing was pretty spot on although I preferred the slightly more fitted size 10 on me rather than the more roomy size 12. The length was pretty good for me – around an inch above the knee. I would have preferred this dress with a slightly narrower smocked width and maybe a boatneck.”
